SHIPPING:
BBG Marine and Electronics ships via every major carrier although our preferred carrier is UPS. Shipping charges are billed at published rates (available on all carriers’ websites).Currently we are offering $7.95 flat-rate shipping on most orders through UPS. No size limit ! Most of our shipments will be sent UPS ground but we reserve the right to use other carriers based on location, convenience and best rates.
COD Shipments:
We do not accept COD orders.
National Orders (USA): We ship using carriers that provide tracking on all packages. Orders not Received:Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, BBG Marine Electronics is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. Missing Product Claims: Each package and contents are checked before shipping for content. If a customer claims that a product has not been received, you may file a claim with us to investigate the situation. If we determine a product in fact was missing from the package, we will credit your account immediately. Damaged Product Claims: Each package is checked for their content for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If you receive a damaged package ask the carrier to note the condition at delivery. You must then email us at Sales@BBGmarine.com for an Return Merchandise Authorization number. Upon receiving an authorization, please send damaged product back to us. (including the damaged container). SHIPPING METHODS

UPS Canada-9-15 business days (brokerage charges, duties, and taxes may be applicable) Oversea Orders: We currently only ship to the lower 48 states COVERAGE & CARRIERS We ship to residential and commercial addresses in the United States by UPS. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. ORDER TRACKING Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and the instructions to track your order online. WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY:
BBG Marine and Electronics offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to Sales@BBGmarine.com Please be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
