Orders Canceled or Refused after it has been shipped will have a 15% restocking fee & return shipping Charge deducted from any credit issued.

If your order is damaged during shipment, it is imperative that you note any irregularities on the Bill of Laden.  Carton ( box ) holes, Dents, tears, etc. should be noted on the form the driver gives you to sign when you are accepting delivery. If you open the package and there is hidden damage you have 15 days to contact us for an Authorized Return Number. Please also retain and return all the original containers and packing. A return authorization number is needed in order to return a product. If severe damage is present please refuse shipment !!!
If for any reason, within 30 days of your purchase, you are not satisfied with the product, you can Call or email us for A Return Authorization Number!
